RP from Tara Mauldin Blog
Do you guys remember Lele & Montaya? Take a quick peak at their Morrow mountain engagement session here. yep…it was like peas and carrots. The first time I met these two lovebirds I knew we would be a terrific fit. Lele is definitely a glamour girl, and I love every bit of it. She has a wonderful sense of fashion, and her dress was absolutely TO DIE FOR! Ruffles? Yes yes yes please. Montaya…oh Montaya…you are a trip brother. I am still waiting for those cross-bow lessons. hehehe…
My gorgeous couple live in Atlanta, so with the help of the terrifically talented Heather Bryson, of Carolina Wedding Design, they designed the most incredible Habesha wedding weekend that I have had the honor to be a part of. This blog contains the first day & night’s festivities. Their wedding day started off at the beautiful Ballantyne Hotel, for the ceremony & the first reception of the day. I knew after the first reception was over, that we were in for an INCREDIBLE night! The second Habesha wedding reception took place at Temple Bethel. It was filled with tons o’dancing, awesome music thanks to Split Second Sound, and sensationally sweet people. I fell in LOVE with all the little ring bearers, bell ringers, and flower girls. GORGEOUS GORGEOUS GORGEOUS children…I wanted to take them ALL home with me.
Here are the super duper vendors that made this wedding weekend possible:
Wedding venue/caterer for ceremony & first reception: ballantyne hotel
Wedding designer: carolina wedding design
Photography: tara mauldin photography
Videography: crown alley films
Floral: the place for flowers
Cake: cake lady jill
A special shout out to my best friend in the whole wide world, and second shooter for this wedding, the super talented kori hoffman. you are…you just are.
Enjoy the eye candy friends…and stay tuned for Lele and Montaya’s Ethiopian reception. xoxo…t
